Optimised Mining - exam prep courses for the mining industry, started by me and mate in Australia.
Chart below of quarterly $AUD revenue since starting in 2018.
We usually talk in quarters because our revenue is a bit lumpy, we get 20k one month then 60k the next if we get a big B2B deal.

I'm currently building WallStRank.com. We gather stock investment trends and insights from institutional investor behaviour and stock research analysts' reports and try to present them in an easy-to-digest view for everyday investors.
We're currently concent...
Hey. I've just discovered Render.com, it looks wicked. I tested it and it is super slick.
To date, I've been using Heroku to deploy software products.
Render seems to be cheaper and better, but wondering if anyone knows of any gotchas in the long run vs Heroku?
Thanks,
Tom

After a recent freelance contract, I learned a lot about the semi-new platform as a service render.com. I've tried to build products in the past, but always flopped because I couldn't drive traffic to my products/ideas. My goal with this blog is to write 1-2 ...
In the previous post I explained I want to take a more data-driven approach when it comes to product development. But which metrics should I look at?
Ultimately the goal of a business is to generate a profit. Setting aside costs, we can just focus on revenue for now. In case of WIP, that's our m...

I don't think I need to introduce something if I want it to have you roast it, so here it is:

Hi, I'm Marcus ๐ฉ๐ฐ
First of all, I'm very excited to be here ๐
The idea of a maker community is not something you would easily find where I'm from. Ever since I started solo-developing, I've had many reach out to me wanting about my "hobby" or asking when I'll find a "real job". I've had "real jobs" before and thi...
Hey everyone,
I want to experiment with running social media ads and see if they lead to eBook sales. At the relatively high price for the sale, I think it might work pretty well but it's just a theory.
I am primarily interested in IG/FB because I think it's the best place for my TA (expats), bu...
David Rusenko, founder of Weebly (sold for $365M to Square), talks about prioritization in his Startup School talk How to find Product-Market Fit.
Specifically he says: optimize for learning. Ask yourself:
โ"What is our biggest unknown that would rewrite our priority list?"โ
So as a thought ex...
I'm currently struggled in implementing custom domain for my projects. I'm using Vercel for hosting, but it looks like I can only add a limited 50 external domains to one project.
So I want to hear your experience of setting up the custom domains in you have any.
Thanks!
I really like this platform. Reminds me a bit of Twitter, from the basic layout. Nothing wrong with that :)
Is it possible to reuse this solution for our www.uxandproduct.com community?
@marcย is there a way to search through previous questions? I have a couple so want to ask but I donโt want bug the community with previously answered ones
What do you struggle with the most, and when do you wish you had a cofounder? Do you find that having a network helps?
Anyone who knows something about lowcode/ nocode tools? ๐ค๐ค I am trying to help a friend with some advice on making something.
He's trying to make a basic CRUD web app with a list of schools. And those schools have courses with just basic info. So far so good.
But, it should be possible to give...
