Intro
Hey everyone, I'm Dale. Really excited to be here β¨
What are you working on these days?
Right now I'm working on an overhaul of designvault.io based on feedback I've had over the last couple of months. It's an ambitious project. The goal is to make it a go-to for design inspiration, but only showcasing REAL products.
What can the WIP community help you with right now?
Two key things: accountability and feedback as I build the new verison.
As I get closer to launch I'd love some advice on how to promote, market and grow the audience for the site, it's one thing I'm pretty terrible at.
What can you help others with?
I'm a Product Designer and I'm always happy to offer UX and design advice to other builders out there πͺ

As for promoting the new version, what I've found effective is to build promotion into the product itself rather than considering it just an activity after the fact.
So e.g. finding ways where the end-user is incentivized to share the product (e.g. adding team support) or celebrating the designers of the screens your showcasing through short interviews (which they are then likely to share with their followers), etc.
But once you've launched v2, we'll be happy to help brainstorm more PR-type ideas as well π
