Currently, for each todo you post on the site, we include the UTC datetime that it was posted. We format it as a "relative date" so it says something like "2 hours ago" or "3 weeks ago", etc. Some people have asked for an option to see the "absolute date" (e.g. 23:02 on 16 November 2023". Also...
I regularly come across talented and influential makers I'd love to have on WIP. These people could have disproportionate positive impact on the community. I'm reluctant inviting them though, as it feels disingenuous saying I love their work but then asking them to pay $20/mo for a membership. ...
I really love this platform, but there is something in the UX of the bot who kills me. Having to write "/done", Where 100% of my bot interactions are for this. Can we just don't need it anymore? Or can you use GPT to identify it's a task, and auto do-it ? OR can the "I don't understand" come with...
Just realized that, my timezone and WIPs timezone could be diferent, and I don't know what timezone WIP streaks are based in.  It just passed mid-night for me, and I completed a task and this question came.

Hi there! I was telling a friend about wip.co because it's exactly what he's looking for. <3 He'll be a great fit! I have no invites. How do I get an invite to give to him? cc @marc
I keep losing my streak because it resets at around 7PM my time. Makes it difficult to keep track of things. I last checked in yesterday at 6:36 PM and just now at 8:10 PM, but somehow I lost my streak. :( Not a huge deal but kind of disheartening and definitely has the opposite effect on my ps...

Motivation On Wip.chat community, quite a few people make life-related hashtags (a.k.a. products) to log their micro-achievements. I got one idea over the time - what happens if I make a goal oriented shared hashtag and encourage each other? What is #nomadlife ? Originally, it was for logging my n...

On my first try to organize a meetup, I noticed some issues with the meetup functionality and wanted to collect some ideas on improving this specific feature. Maybe others can also add their comments.

Hello there! Does anyone know if it is possible to export one's activity on WIP for backup and archiving? I would like to get an archive of my todos, images, and, if possible, the comments I have received and my projects. Weeks ago, I crafted this GraphQL request, which you can paste in wip.co/g...

For example, some of these questions have been here for 2 years and won’t ever leave, like “want to meet up at SXSW?” And things like that that are 2 years old. How do we suggest a feature request to indicate a question should be removed? Or a feature that removes them automatically if not answer...
Currently only 2 ways of adding tasks that I know of. The Browser extension and Telegram. Was wondering if there was a way to add task with the webapp itself? You can edit and delete tasks on the webapp. So it seems like there should be a way to add tasks there too.

I'm new to WIP. Maybe I don't get it yet. A few times now, I wanted to come here and post something other than whats already standard. For example: 1. Problem - When I'm stuck, I don't really have a specific place I go and post/share it. I suppose the answer for everyone is: whichever network you...

I've recently started a new project on WIP which is a pivot of a previous project. I no longer want the old project to be visible on my profile but it still needs to be accessible to me. Is this possible?

See https://wip.chat/weekly for what it would contain.
I am thinking of small video group conferences of up to 6 people, where everyone gets 10-15 minutes to pitch his project to the others. Gives practice, opportunity for valuable feedback and maybe even some kind of business connections. Regularily scheduled.
