What packages/ APIs/ tools are needed to implement with Swift successfully? My understanding is having an OMR parse music sheet images/ pdfs to music xml files, then render the notations using some notation library, then maybe play with MIDI?

Noticed random $100-$500 daily charges coming through and had to go flip it back off. Google told me to GFY.  Both Amex and Google refuse to refund the charges, kinda a bummer.
