Today I got the self-provisioning script done. After fighting with Caddy, AWS and DNS for a few hours, it was much smoother sailing to improve the app boilerplate, and finish up the deployment scripts. I think this can officially be considered V1 now. There's more I want to do in future (e.g. re...
I started GatsbyTemplates in 2019, when Gatsbyjs was a shiny new tech everyone talked about. It was directory of templates, free, opensource and paid. In 2020 I was able to finally deliver first premium template. And less than in a month I've got a sale! ...but next 6 months was only crickets So ...

I just posted a Todo on this but this really should have been a milestone! I launched the documentation site for Splendid Layouts โ€” which is a product I've been working on for the past 2 months. This is literally the best layout system I've seen on the internet. I can make pretty complex layo...
Hello everyone! We currently have 1000 locations in the directory, but we don't currently have photos for the vast majority of them. I was thinking about how to implement this and it occurred to me to call the Google API and get them from there to upload to S3 later. But I think this is copyrigh...

It started as hacking for fun in December out of curiosity about how to build web analytics. Almost three months later, v.1.0 is ready! It's a simple self-hosted web analytics built with node and PostgreSQL. Install is straightforward, update config, run a few npm cmd, and that's it. I also inclu...

I've been thinking about this for a while. Is it realistically feasible to build a SaaS product to a point where it requires no further active building or maintenance? All we do from that point is just market it? If it is possible, how do we know exactly? I know has achieved something close to ...
