Get Instagram Account description programmatically, any hints?

Question

We realised that Instagram stopped putting the bio / description of an account into the `og:description` meta tag and instead fills it with follower statistics.
We haven't found a straightforward way of getting the bio instead. It seems all roads lead to scraping.

Does anybody have an idea on how to simply it? A SaaS tool, a library or something else?
