Welp. Applied to tinyseed.com with #cpaconnect. Also spent a good chunk of the weekend migrating database and hosting providers as I get ready to fully onboard the flagship customer.

Battling private repo authentication issues and upgrade bugs.
Customer signed = +$300 MRR for #cpaconnect, with a path for doubling ($600/month) and tripling ($1000/month) in the next couple of months as they onboard more team members.
Just sent a stripe payment link for a $300/month subscription for #cpaconnect after a successful check-in call.
Starting on the lowest tier to get skin in the game and start the migration process. Will ramp up to the next tier by migrating other partners/teams in the firm over in a month or two.

Made some additional updates to #railsmarket. Includes a few bug fixes and some new books and courses. Also reversed the chronological sorting of projects to help showcase the newer projects that get added. Probably need to implement a better "ranking" system soon.
Started adding books to rails.market. Added two so far: Patterns of Application Development Using AI and the Kamal Handbook.
Started doing custom interviews for a potential new product/business. Love seeing enthusiastic responses from people so far. Still a lot more to do though.
