Did 6k steps, weight stays the same but my measures are getting smaller noice
Got to 87,4 kg, seems like my changes are working
Cutting progres, modified my diet, lost 2 kg in about 2 weeks, stopped drinking mineral water ( maybe helped, don't know)
after a couple of weeks of cutting (dieting) my hunger levels drop significantly (but the first few are really hard)
got back to cutting after a 2 week time off on holiday time....let's see how fat loss will go
Rest day, tomorrow arm day, cutting resulting in weight going down
Currently at 89kg at 178cm, hoping to get around 85/84kg with this cutting phase.....
Cutting working, down to 88.85kg, if I get to 85/84 that would be a good spot.

adjusted my diet, and it's working, high protein and less food in general. Adjust things until something works for you
#life Go gym and do progress check and find out I lost 2% body fat in 2 months
feel like I'm getting more hungrier doing weights, especially in the last month
