I have invited a few people and thought they might be interested in sharing things here. Turns out they are quite inactive for a while. But now I feel these invites can be useful for someone else.
What can I do @marc?
What are you working on these days?
I recently quit my job to go all in on what was a year long side project - Prototape. It's a collaborative audio recorder and looper for musicians, all in the browser.

Hey community 👋,
I am looking to buy a specific ".com" domain that is currently not being used, but is owned by someone.
Their registrar's website links to 3 different brokers should I wish to make an offer: afternic.com, sedo.com, or domainagents.com
My questions are:
• - how much of a gamble...

My sideproject got acquired!
I started GatsbyTemplates in 2019, when Gatsbyjs was a shiny new tech everyone talked about. It was directory of templates, free, opensource and paid. In 2020 I was able to finally deliver first premium template. And less than in a month I've got a sale!
...but next 6 months was only crickets

Closed out Berlin life -> moved to Osaka
After a stint as CTO for a small Berlin startup I've liquidated my Berlin life and moved to Osaka to spend time with some family and re-calibrate.
Looking to re-prioritize my work, do some contract work, and make a plan for the new year. Until then, enjoying a bit of the digital nomad life to s...
Today I got the self-provisioning script done. After fighting with Caddy, AWS and DNS for a few hours, it was much smoother sailing to improve the app boilerplate, and finish up the deployment scripts.
I think this can officially be considered V1 now. There's more I want to do in future (e.g. re...
For log management in general, I've used the Elasticsearch stack and Splunk at past jobs - but those are insanely expensive and meant for big companies. Way out of budget for now. I've also tried logz.io's free plan before but they dropped logs and the interface was pretty bad last I checked. Any...
#appwatch is a Chrome Extensions Database I recently launched on Product Hunt.
I mostly focused on SEO for the moment, but planning to add a few features to get some paying users.

🚀 I'm launching appwatch on Product Hunt today.

I want to provide the ability to a user to delete its account on my SaaS. However, how can I handle that if the user has a current active subscription (monthly payment)?
Should I delete the account right away when asked, or plan the deletion at the end of the billing cycle?

“To get future Google Chrome updates, you'll need macOS 10.13 or later. This computer is using OS X 10.11.”
So Google, Slack, VS Code, and any cool apps I come across has stop supporting my '09 MacBook Pro which runs OS X El Capitan.
Here's the kicker, I'm not in the position to buy a new or u...
Hi,
I added a sitemap for #whatpulse a few months ago, which contains a few 100k pages (inc. user profiles) - but Google is still indexing it.
Not sure if it just takes this long, or if something is wrong.
Has anyone else seen this, is there a way to speed it up?
This is the current statu...
I'm thinking of setting up a company in USA or Singapore for all my online business.
The reason is that taxes are crazy high over here and I had enough of paying so much for almost 14 years, I think could save me some money.
I'm doing my research but there is so much information that is overwhe...
