Fix multiple errors because Stripe suddenly changed their API unilaterally without notifying me and as a consequence webhooks have been failing for the past few days: now customers are only created if customer_creation: 'always' is explicitly checked on Checkout so I can't access Customer records for recent purchases as that parameter hasn't been passed; now PaymentIntents don't create Charges and thus I can't access some information my code was accessing and the webhook was understandably failing with error 500. TL;DR: Stripe is becoming a giant turd #licenseseat
