5th day of taking care of my neck pain.
Got rid of painkillers.
Started training.
🏋️♂️ haven't been able to get back to into the workout routine since my tummy trouble 2 weeks ago. but today i will start small, even if it's just 10 squats #life
changed my gym routine - 3 sets on each exercise, going more to the max than before. Triggered had a "pep talk" by a fellow gym goer 💪
arm day in the gym finished, after 5 months they are getting better and I'm not so tired after training
