Improved the #screenshotone documentation for the delay option—it is not allowed to set value about 30 seconds.
Researched why screenshots fail for one of the customers.
And asked for more information.
Explained a #screenshotone customer in the support chat on how to use cache why their screenshots were not cached.
Started handling a new #screenshotone error type—"invalid cookie parameter" and added it to the documentation 👉 screenshotone.com/docs/errors…
Helped a #screenshotone user to format the cookie parameters when sending the API request—I need to improve validation on that one.
