walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: No focus on speed since I felt physically tired from yesterday’s „low“ day. The right knee is causing trouble: when I contract it grinds inside. Not sure how bad it is. I’ll continue my rehab program but will apply more gentle intensity on the bike. If I see no improvement, will pay a visitor to doctor. #health
intense bike-training for 30 minutes (from today on I’ll do 30 min instead of 15 min because I expect that to have better effect on my legs/knees. I’ll walk 1.8km in about 20 min to compensate the bigger time on the bike, and abandon the 5 km that take around 40 minutes) - did sweat a lot on the bike but feeling great! #health

walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so I’ll try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health

walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 15,25 min - average speed: 7,08 km/h - remarks: Experienced the magic of wanting because today I walked fast than 7 km/h after I defined that goal yesterday. Like this kind of goal-setting. Being specific about goal-setting is key. Knee-wise: some pinching in both knee. Will see how they feel after the home-bike ride. #health
