intense bike-training for 30 minutes (from today on I’ll do 30 min instead of 15 min because I expect that to have better effect on my legs/knees. walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: No focus on speed since I felt physically tired from yesterday’s „low“ day. The right knee is causing trouble: when I contract it grinds inside. Not sure how bad it is. I’ll continue my rehab program but will apply more gentle intensity on the bike. If I see no improvement, will pay a visitor to doctor. #health
