walk+meditate 🧘 (it could have been the 3rd day in a row with no walking outside but thank doG it didn’t; meditating to the soothing Headspace voice of Eve is nicer with the fresh cold air outside pumping into my palate - or as I like to call it… Reverse Sauna)

walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: melted snow which made walking harder and wetter but also fun - remembering childhood moments playing soccer in the snow *awesome* #health

walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,15 min - average speed: 6,95 km/h - remarks: Took it easy today - that’s why the time is sooo bad - because I heard my knee grinding/crunching which should be alerting. It’s snow outside, yep it really is. Weather really can have bad temper and good attitude or maybe it’s just the interpretation of the weather (by people) that attribute good or bad (maybe). Like money is weather itself neutral. Weather doesn’t want to harm you or please. It’s just there or it isn’t - like money. Apart from that philosophic excursion I wrote a brain dump on why an actor’s life is worth it and that vlogging (in public) is actually stage experience. #health
