Slept well last night b/c I set a "Lights out!!" alarm that was enough to get me to turn off the computer and close my eyes at my 'normal' sleep hour.
Wasn't feeling productive yesterday b/c I hadn't gotten enough sleep the night before, so I stopped trying to work after 1 coffee and 1 Caffeine+, told myself to focus on getting to bed on time, slept well last night (~9-10hrs), and I'm feeling good today. Just took a Caffeine+ to start the day and set my timer for 90 mins until I'll have a coffee or tea.
Since I was on a cutting diet, the best thing that helped me sleep better is to have a light dinner. Literally nothing else helped
had a tomato juice and felt my mental tiredness dramatically go away, so I had two more. I need to make this a core part of my work process. I think it's the antioxidants.
Finally I slept 4 hours, it was less hours last several days
Got a good full night of sleep... with that small amount of room on the bed that was left for me. #dogsinthewild
