Got a good night's sleep #lifeandstuff
Slept surprisingly well considering how much caffeine I had yesterday, I think going to the gym and sticking to my normal sleep hour helped. I did 1 coffee, then 1 Caffeine+ pill, then 1 coffee, with no second Caffeine+ pill.
Didn't sleep well (~5hrs), I think because I went to bed too late and then woke up at my normal time.
Got a good full night of sleep... with that small amount of room on the bed that was left for me. #dogsinthewild
Sleep in and got plenty of rest.
Woke up a decent hour - didn't start work too late today. 😜 #life
Slept around 12hrs (8.75h at night and the rest in the afternoon). Accordingly I didn't work that much. Also because I'll be going to bed early-ish so I can start tomorrow earlier and accomplish more, e.g. stolenvoice tv 29, it's become quite PITA. #hip
respectable amount of sleep last night (6) compared to my usual 3-4 hours.

Wasn't feeling productive yesterday b/c I hadn't gotten enough sleep the night before, so I stopped trying to work after 1 coffee and 1 Caffeine+, told myself to focus on getting to bed on time, slept well last night (~9-10hrs), and I'm feeling good today. Just took a Caffeine+ to start the day and set my timer for 90 mins until I'll have a coffee or tea.
Finally got a full night's sleep for the first time in what feels like forever. 😮💨
finally succeeded in staying up all night to fix sleep cycle. only napped an hour 10-11am. tonight's sleep will be glorious #life
Went to bed ~2.5hrs past my bed time last night, woke up at my normal time, and feel bad now :( Eyes hurt, not easy to think.
