Tried melatonin for the first time last night after drinking a lot of cocoa and feeling like I wasn't going to feel tired soon, it was amazing how well it worked, but I woke up after ~4-5hrs, so I played some PC games, ate some food, then fell asleep for another ~4hrs. Very strange.
woke up at a godawful time & got out of bed before countdown ended so I didn't get yelled at #life
Took melatonin again and slept a bit better, didn't woke up at 5am
sleep like a normal person
👷♂️ tons of refactoring during my day job but things are looking a-ok. My son didn't sleep well so I got maybe 3.5 hours sleep last night so I'm calling today a win and crashing early. #mylife
