Tried to upgrade the fly.io Postgres machine memory, and it simple failed to start afterwards. Quickly migrated prod db to self-hosted Postgres on Hetzner. Hate these infrastructure wrappers you don't have any control.

Fixing deployment errors
Notice the test project on Fly.io was down for 2 hours 12 minutes (Chicago)
Finally fix deploy issue which was caused by 2 web containers running somehow
