walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: No focus on speed since I felt physically tired from yesterday’s „low“ day. The right knee is causing trouble: when I contract it grinds inside. Not sure how bad it is. I’ll continue my rehab program but will apply more gentle intensity on the bike.
