The frontend is configured in an embarrassing fashion but I knew no different at the time. This ought to be refactored to adhere to something resembling the 'proper way'. This is a low priority but will allow for a better user experience / potentially improve sign-ups when complete. 

This service is currently free to use. This clearly can't continue.  This Milestone will be completed when a Payment method is added to the system.

At the moment only single responses are stored and returned to the user. When this milestone is complete users will be able to have conversations over email.
