Can't upload avatar

Hey! I tried uploading an avatar from brave on win11 and safari ios but both instances failed and i didn't get any error message, only that it was successful. Is it like an issue on my end or something?

Been like that for me for ages. Same with uploading project icon, so I thought it was a pro feature and just removed my project as I didn't want it to be full of smiley's.
