The CRM from Chartmogul seems simple enough, chartmogul.com/crm/
It has multiple options to ingest date and integrate with multiple destinations.

Have not been using it too much though

This has been removed, whole discussion on this from @marc here: wip.co/posts/remove-pending-t…

👆 Removed the feature a while ago because it was barely used and complicated the code and UX a lot.

ouch, good to have that insight.

Yes! I think more people should know about this too, saving them a headache

Did you also add DMARC monitoring?
Setting the DMARC DNS record is a great start, tools like Mailhardener.com process the DMARC reports in a useful overview. Actionable insights can come up from this.

It will only work for upcoming newsletters though :)

yup! I think we found out what the problem is. We were going to hard on Sparkloop co-registrations. People did accept us as a "recommendation" but most of them don't remember, so they started marking us as spam...

Would Gumroad fit the bill?
Payments and you can upload the assets there too

I was about to suggest Gumroad as well. And also, Buy Me A Coffee has a shop feature.

The shop feature is not an issue; LemonSqueezy has it, too. I just wanted a place where the text content will be hosted as an always updated version.
PDFs, eBooks and such are hard to maintain and version in the future.

Oh, nice. Gumroad seems to be able to host text content online, which might be a solution.
I wanted to keep it in Notion for easy maintenance, but it might be indeed the easiest way.

Ah, yes, Gumroad is probably the popular option for Notion (templates, etc).

Ha, we just had this discussion :)
My solution is adding all my side project's domains to one google workspace domain as an alias. When it's large enough to warrant the cost and effort that it needs a separate workspace, I'll move it over

I have multiple domains and aliasses in GSuite. At this moment I am able to receive and send from 5 different email addresses, all having their own signature. There is an option to reply from the email address you received the mail from, or just to send mails from only your main email address.

Exactly! Posted in multiple places at the same time. Went with your recommendation and it works great so far!

The only issue I have is that the custom spam filters I have set up in the main account doesn’t apply to the alias accounts.

I probably messed something up so will have to check again 😅
