After a few weeks of break from working on 
#shortofthemonth, shipped a minor improvement. Viewers can now easily navigate to the next or previous film using arrow navigation. Might add a keyboard shortcut next.

Started working on a new client portal for 
#indieshortsmag using AuthJS and Shadcn with Next.js 15.
Added a Leaderboard page and ranking details for the five most-voted films. #shortofthemonth
Bulk email sent to filmmakers who submitted to #indieshortsmag, inviting them to submit to #shortofthemonth.
Delete Dokploy server and completely moved to Coolify.

Sent estimate for a new project to an existing client. #aceboxmedia
Reduce pending customer support email from 286 to 237 for #indieshortsmag.
Prepared a list of filmmakers to email inviting them to #shortofthemonth.
Got EIC (Export Import Certificate). Soon moving #indieshortsmag to Stripe.
Convinced an existing client to migrate his WordPress site to Directus for CMS and NextJS for the front end. It wasn't easy; the presentation put together by the team helped. #aceboxmedia
Built an internal tool for the intern working on setting up a headless CMS for a client. Existing tools didn't have an automatic copy, slowing him down slightly. #aceboxmedia
Added a new footer to #shortofthemonth with additional links and content.
Added submission alert admin email notification to #shortofthemonth. Next, add a sign-up alert and re-enable the welcome email.
Approved all the films received for review until October for #indieshortsmag.
Currently manually emailing filmmakers using templated emailes. Time to set up a database and automate this. #soon
Added a new page on #shortofthemonth where users can view all the films they have voted for.
Added a steps section to the homepage. This content was already included in the FAQ page, but visitors were not checking this, and support was receiving such questions. Hopefully, this will fix it. #shortofthemonth
