Follow up on a digital gift card with Etsy who seemingly outsource their gift cards to a third party company. In Europe on etsy you can't buy a USD gift card unless you have a US billing address but nobody seems to know if I buy it in Euro, if the person in the US will just be able to use the card in USD / just have it auto converted to use normally I don't understand how this is not something that has had a clear answer but I'm on my third support and waiting for an email from the external company so I can send this recipient gift #creativity
