It's arm day, thinking of doing more cardio for a month, and maybe just go sparingly to the gym
eating greater amounts of food after cutting is so unusual
got to 87.6 kg with daily cardio, doing weight training just once a week now, and of course still taking mostly proteins. Probably when I get to 85kg I'll assess a bit more
yesterday did some light weight training after 2 weeks, feel really tired (also probably cause it's more colder)
My cutting plan seems to be working, my weight stays the same but my measurements are getting smaller
