Ideally with more of a community, maker vibe with some social events after work. A lot of them like WeWork are very corporate and don't host any events as big tech companies in NYC just use them for overflow space when they run out of space in their own office.

I just need to pull in tweets based on links. I had been scraping nitter.net until now, which was working great, but twitter have screwed that app, and the only easy option seems to be the api.  It's $100 a month to retrieve 10k tweets - seems a bit limited , and the next tier is $5k a month? ...
