Built a customer feedback system. Users can ask questions, request features, or leave reviews from the sidebar. Admins get an inbox with filters, reply via Gmail, and copy a Claude Code prompt for each feature request. New feedback pings Telegram.

🔨 Worked on a new social scheduling queue app to replace a few services I'm using. I pulled Mastodon posts + stats and started working on a better posting schedule including slots for new and reposts to start measuring.
Regime flip: SHORT to LONG in 60 minutes, zero manual input. Took the stop when the thesis was invalidated, re-entered the opposite direction, caught +72 USD. 7 trades since the fix: 71% WR, 2.95 profit factor.
