Simplified the onboarding flow. #piratepage

New projects now drop you straight into the homepage wizard instead of a sitemap. Some people confused the old flow felt broken (you landed on a page that said "concept". #piratepage

I'm using a knowledge base inside of PiratePage, but it wasn't used to pre-fill answers for new pages. Fixed that now. #piratepage

Filtered AppSignal uptime checks from OpenTelemetry traces so they don't pollute the dashboard. #piratepage

Apparently AppSignal accepts OTel logs now. Instrumented my full app now. Trying to set up GitHub Actions with Claude Code to automatically fix issues. #piratepage

Built a component gallery so visitors can browse all 20 sections with live examples before signing up. #piratepage

Now automatically keeping my internal knowledge base about product capabilities up to date on every PR. #piratepage

Fixed AppSignal log shipping, was sending to wrong source type. Logs show up now. #piratepage

Hooked up custom PR instructions in Conductor to auto-create changelogs and post to WIP. #piratepage

I started out so good. Streaks and all. And now I've just been pushing on #piratepage - Project knowledge base (train AI on URLs or pasted text) - Sidebar navigation (UX refactor) - Improved AI generation (longer pages, clearer structure) - Drag-and-drop sitemap tree - Tone-of-voice controls (20+ traits) - Inline WYSIWYG editing with autosave - Google & GitHub login And a big bunch of polishing. Feels like a product now.
