Not personally, but I've been seeing horror stories about LS all over twitter. Completed payments get lost (no webhook, no transaction history), customer support disappearing for weeks, MMR charts being wrong, and more. I often wonder how they're still in business, but then again they are the most expensive in the MoR provider segment. š
Uh, that's tough. When was the last time you heard about such things? I wonder if it's still happening or if they have fixed it already.

E.g. your competitor or somebody who acquires your SaaS for strategic reasons might pay much more than somebody who just wants "passive income".

Me too, I want cash flow now so I am comfortable to create more, but I do usually imagine in my mind what's a possible total revenue (since it's mostly niche books now)

Yep. Actually, I didn't think about adding an endpoint to fetch a transcript.
So I just did it now. I'll make sure this new endpoint is unlimited for paying customers.
