Question
Do you think in cash flow or total revenue?
I have a bit silly question for the weekend that I am thinking about these days.
Do you focus on immediate cash flow so you have Ramen or can live your life or you only think of a total revenue per project?
Cash flow means comfort and peace of mind on taking on bigger projects with bigger potential but focusing on total revenue might get you closer to the project you need to be working on.
What do you think?

Cash flow.
Cash flow for active projects and total revenue for side-projects
Interesting:)
Me too, I want cash flow now so I am comfortable to create more, but I do usually imagine in my mind what's a possible total revenue (since it's mostly niche books now)
Do you plan to build any products?
Yes, I am building them since basic school!
No, no 😂 I meant to make money instead of books.
Haha yeah, above all it's way too easy as I heard anyway.
Cash flow always. But also the cash flow and revenue difference.
$1M ARR in revenue is fun and you can post awesome screenshots on twitter, but it doesn't mean anything if you're left with just 1-5% of that in profit.
Too little margin also tells you the product is too expensive to run, or if people are not willing to pay enough for it to make it sustainable.
Yes, by cash flow I actually mean having money to live your life not just not be in debt :) I also care about cash flow right now.
Cash flow. But I tend to choose fringe benefits if I can.
