Cash flow.

Cash flow for active projects and total revenue for side-projects

Me too, I want cash flow now so I am comfortable to create more, but I do usually imagine in my mind what's a possible total revenue (since it's mostly niche books now)

Do you plan to build any products?

Yes, I am building them since basic school!

No, no 😂 I meant to make money instead of books.

Haha yeah, above all it's way too easy as I heard anyway.

Can that help? nobinge.ai/?

Thank you! This might be useful, but their pricing is steep. I need to implement something myself.

There's a free tool to extract transcripts, which has a better UI and UX than others (no ads for instance): nobinge.ai/youtube-video-tran…

(I'm the maker. 😊)

Thanks! I need an api cause I need to bake this into my product

I can arrange that. Is the $29 plan too much for you?

Here's the link by the way: nobinge.ai/api

$29 is okay, but The 5 concurrent requests and 200 credits seem low :)

Yep. Actually, I didn't think about adding an endpoint to fetch a transcript.

So I just did it now. I'll make sure this new endpoint is unlimited for paying customers.

So if you want to start your trial, go ahead. You'll see the adjustment in your dashboard. 😊

I just tried the free tool and it’s super fast! 👏 great job!

Yes, I have dash.screenshotone.com versus screenshotone.com for marketing.

Basically, I did that because the marketing site is just a static HTML site. But the dashboard is a full-stack application.

But at the beginning for a new product, I probably won't separate them.

What are the last place you travelled to?

Happy to see you there!

If we don't count traveling through Armenia and Georgia ( as neighbor country ), then the last place was Greece, Rhodes.

Where do you live Dmytro?

I am using Rize.

One-time payment can be a game changer for software like that.

At $10K MRR+ and churn rate < 5%.

what about fees?

Payment fees?

General fees, if you get $10k MRR but pay $7k every month to run your idea...

Love this, I'm sure people have a lot of objections and bla bla on exact metrics but I like the clarity.
