Sunny day, walk time #nikshealth
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 19,5 min - average speed: 5,54 km/h - remarks: Had an idea for a voice imitation learning series. For now just an idea, excited to see how Iām executing on it. Apart from that, sunny this morning, good temperature around 14 degrees centigrade in the shades and already barefoot-walking-friendly #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20,25 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Bit windy but still springly warm, sun, not many clouds. Allergy symptoms occur (tickling nose and stressed eyes). Good day. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - amount of footbag juggling: 93 (goal this year: 100) - remarks: A post-hacky-sack outdoor training walk with great Golden hour sun (not too warm, not too cold) #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Good weather. Sunny as almost every day the last days with some decent wind that feels refreshing. Overall good weather. Pollen allergy still affecting me #health
walked 3,4km š - time: 40 min - average speed: 5,10 km/h - remarks: Used todayās walking time to combine with something dutiful (getting a package - NOMAD Wallet Case) out of the customs office - blog post about is in draft. Was pretty mild (around 14 degrees centigrade) but still walked in flip-flops because why not. #health
walked 1.8km š - time: 18 min - average speed: 6 km/h - remarks: Good and refreshing 10pm night walk with flip-flops and only some travel-related thoughts (Madagascar) and the enjoyment of the Sichelmond (moon shaped as crescent). #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Brutally hot in the morning already, allergy in place. Not enjoyable weather for me personally but thatās ok. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20,25 min - average speed: 5,33 km/h - remarks: Still hot in the morning already (around 8am), in the shades ok. Not used to warm weather anymore but Iāll adjust also to be prepared for Madagascar weather š #health
Walked in the spring sun āļø #life
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Fine weather: sun, blue sky, warm, could be bit fresher, at least some wind, pollen allergy still going especially tickling nose; skin irregularities forehead still there (at least since 13.05.18, on my intense motherās day walk in the sun) which Iām trying to treat with eating meat once a week (every Sunday) since 27.05.18 after having consulted the doctor on 24.05.18); itās the only bodily issue Iām having an eye on (except for my eyes which is only cosmetic thing); apart from that the HIIT workout from yesterday is still in my bones (especially bump and upper legs š - oh and Iāve been taking it pretty slow with walking, around 20 minutes all these past day, which I find ok since I have real workout sessions in which Iām moving faster #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 19 min - average speed: 5,68 km/h - remarks: Good barefoot walk. Passed by a group of people (gathering) and they were all staring at their phones, maybe the Pokemon thing having another wave. Also, passed by an accident n which a bicycle lay in front of the car (with those iconic white shapes around the bike and front part of the car) and 2-3 cars around. Passing by the policeman (2 men, 1 women) the men seemed to āenjoyā me walking barefoot - I find no other explanation why they stared at me like that. Itās very simple to stand out from the crowd (not that this was my intention since my intentions to walk barefoot are purely out of healthy aspects). But if you want to stand out easily go to places where you know that people have their way of doing things and just donāt do only one aspect of it and boom youāll become the āattractionā even if you didnāt want (like I didnāt). #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20,75 min - average speed: 5,20 km/h - remarks: Starting the work week one day later than usual cos I took a day off yesterday. Today, again warm, sunny, weather seems to be constant. Still, allergy is present which is getting on my nerves but ok - I try not to complain out loud #health

barefoot walk
walked 5km š - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids (āmini humansā), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so thereās that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but thatās fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health
barefoot walked 1.8km š - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: One couldnāt believe that a feeling of paradise (blue sky, sun, green bushes and trees, tranquility surrounded by birds chirping) could arise in an Eastern part of Berlin that is publicly known for socially troubled families, poor people, unemployment and Nazis. Iād like to invite those who swallowed that propaganda pill and spend a day with in this Berlin district called Marzahn - probably much better than its propagated reputation. #health
walked 5km š - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didnāt feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - itās in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health
