walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: I was remarkably faster than yesterday (in fact it was the 2nd fastest day after day 1 with 41 min). My assumption: Today I finished my day job duty early and I knew what I wanted to do until the evening, meaning: having a plan is a vehicle to get things going, even if the plan change. Lesson: Have a plan and be flexible enough to change ("kill your darlings") #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Another early morning walk directly after getting up. Building up a routine - unplanned. Still super warm early in the day already but in the shades agreeable 😛 I built my strategy to deal with the heat during the working day - super cold water on the head works wonders 🙂 #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: something is going on - I was again faster than yesterday! Incredible. Also, had a an interesting thought towards the end of my walk which I executed immediately (an „unlock“ page for stolenvoice to arouse curiosity) #health
🚶 took an afternoon walk to clear my head #mylife
slept 9.5h #sundayrest
took a long afternoon nap - should do this more often
On my 4th day of the 7-day sabbatical I slept 9.5 hours instead of only 7 (I got up after 7 hours but decided to continue sleeping cos my body signalized me to) and I felt more rested, happier and had less visible dark rings under my eyes - will try to sleep more in general and see where that goes. In the past, I felt bad sleeping longer because I had less hours on the day to get things done. I'll see. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 19,5 min - average speed: 5,54 km/h - remarks: A good night walk with full moon that created an enlightened atmosphere, protection and calm. Fairly fresh outside which makes the likelihood of a good sleep afterwords high. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: as always the act of walking is my best friend, helping me by giving answers and clearing up my head. #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) 🏃 - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: sunny day - noticed: walking first thing in the morning clearly affects my mood (or in other words: I let the lack and presence of the sun influence my mood because I’m in control of it). However, having the sun outside while walking 5k clearly makes the the beginning of the day easier, especially because it’s an accomplishment in the morning after getting up felt more like a pain („getting out of warm bed with cold air in the room due to window open“ pain); Had the thought: The challenge is to keep up with the routine while not making it a boring experience. Had another thought: My life in exaggerated notions: Teens (10s) = the weird years, Twenties (20s) = the „drunk“ years though I started drinking with something around 22 (late), Thirties (30s) = the serious years. Though exaggerated it’s accurate. Over and out. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Bombastically cold! I felt parts of my face actually freeze to numb. If I hadn’t moved my facial muscles it would have :P Knees both fine. Also, I realized that in the beginning of each fast walk I’ve been pumping to get my body on temperature. When warm enough I continue / maintain that rhythm until in middle (sometimes more towards to the end of the walk) I start to freeze because I lose tension in my body and concentration. Towards the end, I gain concentration again by pumping more and arrive with a pretty warmed up body back at the house. Also, in this midnight walk I realized how energy-draining fighting or dealing with the cold is. I’m feeling super hungry now. Also, during the walk I felt good and powerful, also because having walked though this 40 minutes of cold voluntarily is what I as a small and important win for the day :) #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Weather is fine, got up late because it were long days these last days - mainly because of a couchsurfing stay which made me change my day progress #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Another sunny day with warm temperatures and blue sky, just nice but the worst weather to get work done when you hear „life“ outside. In terms of thoughts not much noise happening - my mind = a calm sea #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17 min - average speed: 6,35 km/h - remarks: No real big thoughts only a bit of a reflection on an upcoming call next week with a person I had spent a good amount of time with #health
walk+meditate 🧘 (it could have been the 3rd day in a row with no walking outside but thank doG it didn’t; meditating to the soothing Headspace voice of Eve is nicer with the fresh cold air outside pumping into my palate - or as I like to call it… Reverse Sauna) #laif
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didn’t feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - it’s in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 5,76 min - average speed: 18,75 km/h - remarks: Good evening walk with many thoughts like ending my regular life rhythm and changing it in 2019 - I made a promise (also to myself) that I’ll change that and come close the life and person I want to be - time of today’s includes bringing the garbage out. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 15,75 min - average speed: 6,86 km/h - remarks: Knees felt good cos I had 30-minute bike ride before (so they were warmed up); just continued digesting my thoughts on a new show concept I’d like to experiment with - it would include the German and English language and be selfish because I’d practice speaking in both language and it would not be selfish because of what (the content) I’d present. #health
