Feeling a bit tired this week, maybe it's the changing of the weather

yesterday did some light weight training after 2 weeks, feel really tired (also probably cause it's more colder)

Today, like all week, I didn’t find much motivation to make actual progress. I don’t feel burnt out nor lacking energy this time, but motivation. So the workweek passed and I only accomplished a bunch of chores. That’s not how I usually am, I think. Might it be the heatwave? Lack of short term incentives? Just a normal mental cycle? #life
