Tried to work on #guregipuzkoa but I feel stuck and exhausted right now

1h workout at 30 degrees celsius. Still felt good when coming home. I'm now at 3 workouts per week. Each 1h. I absolutely love it. Never thought I'd dig that cause I'm absolutely not the gym type

Today, like all week, I didn’t find much motivation to make actual progress. I don’t feel burnt out nor lacking energy this time, but motivation. So the workweek passed and I only accomplished a bunch of chores. That’s not how I usually am, I think. Might it be the heatwave? Lack of short term incentives? Just a normal mental cycle? #life
