Finally get a new public health insurance card after months of delay because they recorded the wrong date of birth (human error) only to now realize my name on my bank account has been changed with a spelling error from an automated passport verification which misidentified letters (bot error). I'm not winning the admin game - not sure if it's worth it to go through months of pain for this?! #admin
