Cool! Some suggestions: It can be a switch to enable/disable, it can have positive effects e.g. some kind of mentoring karma? to encourage you
@pugson Yeah, a simple management system like that would work too! @marckohlbrugge, if didn't find a solution, build this next week? 🙃
There are custom clients but I wouldn't recommend, read for the why. The best way I think is not to reinvent the Telegram for this, but to connect Telegram to a support system, like Intercom or etc, and manage support DMs there.
Otherwise, we would need to copy all the support system features (kanban-like boards, labels, etc) in a Telegram client and reinvent the wheel.
I think by "get a lot of awareness" you're talking about the paid subscription, right? Because you have to promote the free version and it won't be featured on PH.
Just be careful because for example Apple emojis must only be used on Apple devices, you can't use them everywhere. Check that yourself too, please.
Slack is better for your use case I think, given the fact you're gonna monetize it, it has more advanced capabilities for managing (e.g. channels) and adding extra functionality with apps/bots.
There's not enough context to your question 🤷♂️🙂. You can send me DM too, I work with Graphcool.
I want to add another thing too: I think because I enter new fields for my own projects, for example for my last product I'm building desktop apps as well as mobile apps, I can't exactly set a time/deadline for when it's done, I'm not aware of the unique challenges of the new field I just entered.
But for client freelance projects, I', comfortable with the tech I use, so I deliver it on time.
Another idea would be allow 1 day off in a week for everybody. But I guess it's not the best thing to do, but a rough idea
