@neoromantique made github.com/neoromantique/todo…

I haven't tried it, so I'm not sure how well it works. Please note that it does not use the official WIP API, but signs in as your Telegram account and posts todos to @wipbot

No. I did use Siri before on my Apple Watch and iPhone to set timers when cooking, but I don't cook anymore. I don't find Siri works reliable for other tasks + I find it awkward to use in public.

Ah yes that makes sense. And the beauty of email is that you can easily ask people for feedback. I've been doing this for a #betalist newsletter redesign and got a ton of useful comments that way.

Congrats on launching and getting your first paying customer! Getting that first $$$ is great validation you are onto something.

That ~50% visitor-to-subscriber conversion rate sounds great too. Keep us updated on the subscriber-to-customer conversion over the coming weeks. I think that will be the real test.

What's the next step now?

The next step is sending the first real email with flight offers, scheduled next week.
After that, the real challenge will be to continue generating traffic.

I think a great way to do it is to use these first free subscribers for them to share the email with their friends.

No, your account and content would not be erased unless you specifically ask me. So temporarily cancelling your membership will be fine. (Just keep in mind that membership pricing is subject to change when you renew after cancellation.)

You can either specify the completed_at attribute when creating a todo or use the completeTodo(id: ID!): Todo mutation afterwards. The latter will use the current time.

I don't think so. I would totally use it, if you build one though!

@jillbinder makes some excellent suggestions.

If you haven't already I'd focus first on talking to a bunch of people face to face. It's much quicker to receive feedback that way and iterate your pitch on the fly. Once you feel like you've got a good grasp of what people are looking for, and how to best communicate what you have to offer, only then would I move to more scalable yet less personal media such as email. Early on it's all about developing an understanding. Growing a customer base then becomes much much easier.

Perhaps you've already done this type of research though. I couldn't tell from your question so figured I'd throw it in.
