🤖 Lets my ops guy, Claude, upgrade six of my servers safely and successfully. I have uptime and a bunch of services hosted via Hetzner + Coolify and it does an amazing jobs juggling them and knowing what to check to make sure everything is up.
⬆️ Bumped my 100 GB volumes to 128 GB on three of my Hetzner nodes. It's annoying but one is causing some downtime that's dumb.
#servers
Fix servers after realizing that my Hetzner servers run newer Ubuntu which has lower default LimitNOFILE than previous server causing some apps to down under heavy load
#wip
🔒 Locked down my Hetzner VPS(s) because @levelsio pointed out it was possible.

#research
come up with a really cool project idea.
right now don't have a time, but will create an MVP for it on hetzner just for fun
one hint, always on hetzner create a server snapshot (of the whole VM), especially if it's an older server before rescaling it. Cause just doing the rescaling can take ages (if you value your uptime). Hence it's a LOT quicker just to make a new server from the server snapshot
#devopsprojectshq
Hetzner raised their prices, so today I've been consolidating my projects and reducing the number of servers I rent.
Kamal + SQLite makes switching servers effortless: just `scp` the database and update one line in the config to point to the new box 🪄
