barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - amount of footbag juggling: 93 (goal this year: 100) - remarks: A post-hacky-sack outdoor training walk with great Golden hour sun (not too warm, not too cold) #health
played hacky sack outside with beautiful weather, sunshine, blue sky, birds chirping - paradisic conditions - and walked 1.8km barefoot #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,24 km/h - remarks: knees both feeling fine; thought a lot about soccer and outdoor sports in general. Defined that soccer and hacky sack I would do as an OUTDOOR activity and voiceover and tech as an indoor activity because I remembered thanks to the meeting on Saturday with the formerly good friend of mine that this was what we did: Play soccer outside and be on the computer (programming or playing) inside. That was fulfilling so I’ll try to replicate that and transfer it from the 90s to 2018. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Brutally hot in the morning already, allergy in place. Not enjoyable weather for me personally but that’s ok. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Fine weather: sun, blue sky, warm, could be bit fresher, at least some wind, pollen allergy still going especially tickling nose; skin irregularities forehead still there (at least since 13.05.18, on my intense mother’s day walk in the sun) which I’m trying to treat with eating meat once a week (every Sunday) since 27.05.18 after having consulted the doctor on 24.05.18); it’s the only bodily issue I’m having an eye on (except for my eyes which is only cosmetic thing); apart from that the HIIT workout from yesterday is still in my bones (especially bump and upper legs 😛 - oh and I’ve been taking it pretty slow with walking, around 20 minutes all these past day, which I find ok since I have real workout sessions in which I’m moving faster #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20,75 min - average speed: 5,20 km/h - remarks: Starting the work week one day later than usual cos I took a day off yesterday. Today, again warm, sunny, weather seems to be constant. Still, allergy is present which is getting on my nerves but ok - I try not to complain out loud #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Good weather. Sunny as almost every day the last days with some decent wind that feels refreshing. Overall good weather. Pollen allergy still affecting me #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Extraordinary weather, good mood and sunshine. First day of filling the 5-minute journal. Only in terms of what I got done not that nice. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20,25 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Bit windy but still springly warm, sun, not many clouds. Allergy symptoms occur (tickling nose and stressed eyes). Good day. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Didn’t feel like a super good day. No footbag outside because I edited a lot on the ep. 5 of stolenvoice tv. Still, at least I had an evening walk outside which I didn’t do yesterday 🙁 #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 19 min - average speed: 5,68 km/h - remarks: Super weather, blue sky, about 28 degrees centigrade, very enjoyable and that combined with a great catch-up call with a business friend after - awesome. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Weather is fine, got up late because it were long days these last days - mainly because of a couchsurfing stay which made me change my day progress #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 19,5 min - average speed: 5,54 km/h - remarks: Well, what can I say? Another splendid day. Sun, blue sky, warm - still allergy pollen in the air but it’s nothing I can change anything about except for accepting it and moving on. Funnily, an old guy put a little smile on his face when he passed by with his bike (a similar but less intense reaction than moment 0000001 naii.io/moments/#0000001 that happened 6 days ago). It seems to create an instant reaction when people (in this men in grandpa age) see you walking barefoot. A kid, also on the bike, maybe 10 years old, passed by and looked behind. Yes, it was probably because of walking barefoot. Very interesting. If you can create a smile in people’s faces or create curiosity with a banal thing like walking barefoot imagine how much scale there is. Puh… #health
outdoor soccer - session 1 - I started the challenge: "Can I shoot a soccer ball into a basketball basket within 60 minutes without touching the outer ring of the basket?" - In the past, I have shot a soccer ball multiple times into the basket from around 20 meters, but now I want to shoot the ball into the basket without touching the ring (at last without touching the wooden square holding the basket) - today I touched the ring multiple times but the ball never made it into basket, we will see how many 60-minute sessions I will need - the whole session is recorded #laif #iian
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Good relaxed walking with some nice (speechless) interhuman energy going on. Interestingly, seconds after I had a roof above my head it started raining. It was about time. It’s been too dry the last days. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Another early morning walk directly after getting up. Building up a routine - unplanned. Still super warm early in the day already but in the shades agreeable 😛 I built my strategy to deal with the heat during the working day - super cold water on the head works wonders 🙂 #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: Warm, sunny, almost every day looks the same. Starts getting boring if I’d focus on weather conditions only - only yesterday it was cloudy (and accordingly refreshing) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: Hard-to-get up morning with swollen face (nose, eyes) due to allergy. Dry throat and feeling sick though the allergy is „just“ an allergy not a cold. The walk itself felt good. Still, body is feeling week. Will research natural ways to handle allergy. #health
