I fixed the deletion of test accounts in 
#slowtracker and found that I was attempting to delete a private key that wasn't created until someone tried to add a success, reducing my AWS mailing costs in the process.
Refunded customer without being asked because customer cancelled subscription immediately after being charged - assumption is they forgot to cancel. Rather refund than risk any chargeback
