nuke all social media from phone (Instagram + X) cause I realized it's been 3 days I started doomscrolling and it never happened to me before, maybe since X forced the loading of images in my timeline which I disabled but they removed the option from the app, need to fix the addiction before it starts so I wont be using any social media anymore
