Better yet, reach out to restaurants on Uber Eats. Ask them to promote your service to the drivers. Hire the drivers with good scores. (I think they can show you their Uber Eats profile.)

Order food from Uber Eats. If the driver has a good score hire him/her.

Seriously though, really depends on the context. We need more information :)

It also depends on your type of customers. People like us who are inundated with emails might be less interested than the average joe/jane.

If they signed up for their product I think it's fine. Just make sure to 1) give them a simple way to unsubscribe, 2) only email them if you truly believe it's of value to them.

I'd even go as far to say that customers expect to be informed of new product changes. They are paying for the product, so if it becomes even more useful they would want to know.

If you create todos from the website, would that solve it for you? I'm planning on adding this soon.

For many members the value of WIP is the chat, but if you prefer to use the website I can see how being forced to use Telegram just to create todo's is a bit annoying.

Would you want to send the emails from within WIP as well?

I wouldn't. Can handle that myself. I think we're more of a tech savvy bunch in here.

Just collect and maybe export + webhook option

Your best bet would be to remove the incentive for people to enter a spam email address (depends on your specific use case), and increase their cost (e.g. CAPTCHA).

If you want to block throwaway email addresses (like Mailinator) you can find list of domains they use on Github. They regularly add new domains however, so you'll want to keep those lists updated. I also vaguely remember having seen a developer API that lets you check whether an email address is a throwaway email or not. I think it was either on BetaList or here on WIP, but I'm unable to find it right now.

If it springs to mind I'll post it here.

currently, I have created a list of spam domains and check user's email against this list when they sign up. If it can reduce the spam account then it would be a good solution. but if spam from other domains will increase, then I need to use API mentioned by @drikerf below.
