Oh there's a very active group chat on Telegram. I highly recommend checking it out, but it does require your account to be properly linked in order for it to work.
I can't find your Telegram account, but would you mind sending me a message? t.me/marckohlbrugge – I'll help you troubleshoot there.
Oh one last thing. When you following the link to @wipbot, you'll need to click the "Start" button at the very bottom of the screen. It's easy to miss, but it's there.
I wish Telegram made this button more obvious, as you're not the first person to run into this issue.
Hi Josh. If you go to wip.co/telegram when signed in on the website, it should walk you through everything that's needed to connect your account.
I'll see if I can make the messages from @wipbot more clear.

Who's your target audience? I believe there's some defined terminology for what you describe (atomic swap?) but it all depends on who you're talking whether it makes sense to use that or not.
For me, as someone who's dabbled a bit into DeFi but not a lot, the decetrnalized exchange with swaps makes sense. I'm not sure about the automated asset manager though. Do you just mean providing liquidity?
It sounds like most other DEX's. Is that correct?
Hey Singh, first of all I love that you recorded it yourself. So many people use voice actors these days, but they completely lack personality. I'd lean into this even more, by quickly introducing yourself at the beginning of the video "Hello I'm Singh, creator of Trici."
As for the rest of the video, I'm super impatient so if it wasn't a roast I'd stopped the video after the first 5 seconds. The reason being that I don't want to be told about a product. I want to see it. And you don't show the app until almost a minute into the video. By that time I'm long gone.
So I'd ditch the stock videos and just jump straight into the app. Maybe give it more of a screencast feel showing your face in a circle and your computer desktop.
Personally I find that much more appealing than advertisement-like video. I bet it's the same for your target audience (developers).
Overall though good first start and maybe sufficient for your needs right now. But if you plan on making more videos, those are some things I'd consider.
Marc - This is great feedback. Putting myself in my audiences shoes is something I need to work on myself.
Singh - I feel You are circling an interesting pain point. The first shot of the video really resinated: I had my daughter in my arms as I was watching :)
I agree with Marc, I did just want to see it in action after 5 seconds and felt a little twitch to just change tabs and let it play in the background.
If you are interested in making the product demo Marc suggested, I have used Loom in the past for this.
Nice Job, looking forward to an update!
What I like:
- The Markets screenshot further down the page
- The benefits/features with icons
- Clear pricing
What I dislike:
- The illustrative mockup on top doesn't provide much info. Might be better to move the real screenshot into that space
- There's A LOT of text and there's not enough informational hierarchy guiding me to what's relevant to me personally
- The sign up step feels high barrier because you ask a lot of info. I imagine you'd get higher conversions if you just add an email field on the homepage with a sign up button. You can ask me later to set a name/password/etc
- The landing page looks complex/overwhelming (because there's so much text), which does a disservice to the app itself because it's quite straight forward
- Don't tell me "it's a better way", tell me what is better. Will it save me time? Help me get more sales?
- I'm missing testimonials and/or a personal touch from you as the maker
- I'd love to see more screenshots
- Don't be afraid to use more spaces, multiple pages, etc. Give the information some room. Maybe a couple of sections for each major feature (listing automation, hosted landing pages, future roadmap)
Glad it's working now!
