walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: Bit faster than yesterday. Pretty cold outside at 23:00. Knees seem ok, will do gentle exercises today. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: After yesterday having missed to walk outside, today/tonight I had another 1am night walk. Nicely fresh and calm outside. Very refreshing air. I’m on a rather inconsistent rhythm in terms of doing the walk. Next week I want to improve, starting Monday. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 41,25 min - average speed: 7,27 km/h - remarks: I was remarkably faster than yesterday (in fact it was the 2nd fastest day after day 1 with 41 min). My assumption: Today I finished my day job duty early and I knew what I wanted to do until the evening, meaning: having a plan is a vehicle to get things going, even if the plan change. Lesson: Have a plan and be flexible enough to change ("kill your darlings") #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 21 min - average speed: 5,14 km/h - remarks: Fine weather: sun, blue sky, warm, could be bit fresher, at least some wind, pollen allergy still going especially tickling nose; skin irregularities forehead still there (at least since 13.05.18, on my intense mother’s day walk in the sun) which I’m trying to treat with eating meat once a week (every Sunday) since 27.05.18 after having consulted the doctor on 24.05.18); it’s the only bodily issue I’m having an eye on (except for my eyes which is only cosmetic thing); apart from that the HIIT workout from yesterday is still in my bones (especially bump and upper legs 😛 - oh and I’ve been taking it pretty slow with walking, around 20 minutes all these past day, which I find ok since I have real workout sessions in which I’m moving faster #health
walked 1.8km (well a bit more) 🏃 - time: 18,75 min - average speed: 5,76 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts at this dark evening walk. Time flew today and 5 hours I spent with only answering emails, messages and doing book-keeping. Crazy. Think this will change. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,75 min - average speed: 6,08 km/h - remarks: Another night walk, need to make sure I’m getting out in daylight so I’m turning into a vampire or something :P #health
walked 3,4km 🏃 - time: 40 min - average speed: 5,10 km/h - remarks: Used today’s walking time to combine with something dutiful (getting a package - NOMAD Wallet Case) out of the customs office - blog post about is in draft. Was pretty mild (around 14 degrees centigrade) but still walked in flip-flops because why not. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,5 min - average speed: 6,17 km/h - remarks: No big thoughts, the walk felt rushy in my head but was slow in reality. #health
barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 19,5 min - average speed: 5,54 km/h - remarks: Well, what can I say? Another splendid day. Sun, blue sky, warm - still allergy pollen in the air but it’s nothing I can change anything about except for accepting it and moving on. Funnily, an old guy put a little smile on his face when he passed by with his bike (a similar but less intense reaction than moment 0000001 naii.io/moments/#0000001 that happened 6 days ago). It seems to create an instant reaction when people (in this men in grandpa age) see you walking barefoot. A kid, also on the bike, maybe 10 years old, passed by and looked behind. Yes, it was probably because of walking barefoot. Very interesting. If you can create a smile in people’s faces or create curiosity with a banal thing like walking barefoot imagine how much scale there is. Puh… #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 18 min - average speed: 6 km/h - remarks: Good and refreshing 10pm night walk with flip-flops and only some travel-related thoughts (Madagascar) and the enjoyment of the Sichelmond (moon shaped as crescent). #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: exceptionally fast today. Again blue sky, sun out there, cold but with sunshine and blue sky cold is not so much a problem. Based on the walk I came up with the idea for 2 drafts of blog articles (one related to life being a maze („amazing“ ^^), not a mess; and the other related to how to actors should consider auditions — both articles are about perspectives.) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,25 min - average speed: 6,94 km/h - remarks: walked directly after I returned from cleaning job - so I was physically tired obviously #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didn’t feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - it’s in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: I was a minute faster (hmm… maybe I didn’t stop the time well yesterday, anyway). It was good to have gotten up today and do the walk directly followed by priming. It’s right now the best to start the day because I feel in control of the day which always puts me in a better position. Also, I reconfirmed to myself that the point of me being in the voice/voiceover industry is reach a professional level that enables me to realize my own projects like the animation film I’ve been having in mind since summer 2013 in Rome and the pop song that I want to do with an exotic and fresh, young voice. #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: something is going on - I was again faster than yesterday! Incredible. Also, had a an interesting thought towards the end of my walk which I executed immediately (an „unlock“ page for stolenvoice to arouse curiosity) #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,50 min - average speed: 6,90 km/h - remarks: thought a lot about soycubano and the cold temperatures outside made feeling uncomfortable easier - cold is great, to a degree #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Weird temperatures: not really super cold, but also not mild. Despite the real temperature the felt temperature irritates my body: On the one hand he wants to relax (and release tension) because it’s kind of mild, on the other hand he wants contract and keep the warmth. Very irritating. Apart from that I thought about dressing up in my roles played for the weekdaykickoff - it would be fun and bringing fun to the people is one of implicit objectives in life. Also a good speed. #health
walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 17,25 min - average speed: 6,26 km/h - remarks: Cloudy this morning but tropical feeling thanks to the birds chirping #health
walked 5km 🏃 - time: 42,25 min - average speed: 7,10 km/h - remarks: like yesterday a very necessary walk out since I felt the roof was falling onto my head. Realized once more that walking for 30-60 minutes doesn’t only help physical health but gives me time to arrange your thoughts (and let come up what’s important right now). I could run instead of having a walk but then 5km would over sooner, and then I would have to run more than 5km to have enough time for thinking through and cleansing my head, but that would mean I would lose energy for the rest of my activities on the day. And the walking itself is not about performance (kilometers per minute/hour) but the consistency of doing it. So, all in all it’s good to stick to 5km every day consistently and if I’m feeling I add some workout to it. #health
