barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 20 min - average speed: 5,40 km/h - remarks: One couldn’t believe that a feeling of paradise (blue sky, sun, green bushes and trees, tranquility surrounded by birds chirping) could arise in an Eastern part of Berlin that is publicly known for socially troubled families, poor people, unemployment and Nazis. I’d like to invite those who swallowed that propaganda pill and spend a day with in this Berlin district called Marzahn - probably much better than its propagated reputation. #health

barefoot walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 19 min - average speed: 5,68 km/h - remarks: Good barefoot walk. Passed by a group of people (gathering) and they were all staring at their phones, maybe the Pokemon thing having another wave. Also, passed by an accident n which a bicycle lay in front of the car (with those iconic white shapes around the bike and front part of the car) and 2-3 cars around. Passing by the policeman (2 men, 1 women) the men seemed to „enjoy“ me walking barefoot - I find no other explanation why they stared at me like that. It’s very simple to stand out from the crowd (not that this was my intention since my intentions to walk barefoot are purely out of healthy aspects). But if you want to stand out easily go to places where you know that people have their way of doing things and just don’t do only one aspect of it and boom you’ll become the „attraction“ even if you didn’t want (like I didn’t). #health

Based on the walk I came up with the idea for 2 drafts of blog articles (one related to life being a maze („amazing“ ^^), not a mess; and the other related to how to actors should consider auditions — both articles are about perspectives.) #health

walked 5km 🏃 - time: 40,25 min - average speed: 7,45 km/h - remarks: Weird temperatures: not really super cold, but also not mild. Despite the real temperature the felt temperature irritates my body: On the one hand he wants to relax (and release tension) because it’s kind of mild, on the other hand he wants contract and keep the warmth. Very irritating. Apart from that I thought about dressing up in my roles played for the weekdaykickoff - it would be fun and bringing fun to the people is one of implicit objectives in life. walked 1.8km 🏃 - time: 18,5 min - average speed: 5,84 km/h - remarks: Gray, cloudy, slightly rainy morning. Feels a bit depressing but then I was thinking about vlogging since I actually reviewed a landing page that was purely about vlogging (vlogology.com). Vlogging has one nice aspect: It forces you to be(come) creative throughout the day so what you’ll be telling your final vlog episode is actually interesting in one way or the other. Instead of watching a series on Netflix you can produce your own little „drama“ series. Why not? #health

walked 5km 🏃 - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didn’t feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - it’s in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. To be published soon. #health
