walked 5km 🏃 - time: 43,15 min - average speed: 6,95 km/h - remarks: Took it easy today - that’s why the time is sooo bad - because I heard my knee grinding/crunching which should be alerting. It’s snow outside, yep it really is. Weather really can have bad temper and good attitude or maybe it’s just the interpretation of the weather (by people) that attribute good or bad (maybe). Like money is weather itself neutral. Weather doesn’t want to harm you or please. It’s just there or it isn’t - like money. Apart from that philosophic excursion I wrote a brain dump on why an actor’s life is worth it and that vlogging (in public) is actually stage experience. #health

walked 5km 🏃 - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didn’t feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - it’s in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. Apart from that many thoughts about the pursue of my path as an actor/voiceover and the feeling that this is something I want to spend more time on. It was good to have gotten up today and do the walk directly followed by priming. It’s right now the best to start the day because I feel in control of the day which always puts me in a better position. Also, I reconfirmed to myself that the point of me being in the voice/voiceover industry is reach a professional level that enables me to realize my own projects like the animation film I’ve been having in mind since summer 2013 in Rome and the pop song that I want to do with an exotic and fresh, young voice. #health
