wrote a new design for how to automate/refactor ~450 projects
updated and updated three projects that are mostly bots I use to do other things. they are refreshed with a standardized deployment setup now which makes them easier to maintain

No overthinking. Just use one language for 3 projects. try to build all project without any distraction. for example: backend(forms, models, auth, payment).
