walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 41,5 min - average speed: 7,23 km/h - remarks: I was walking faster than yesterday (almost 1 minute), and it was because I was shifting from being tired when I started walking (I had just got up) to ā€žI have an idea how to make my new voiceover business workā€œ. So, when I returned to my room after the walk, I wrote, set up a sign-up form, published three new posts and 4,5 hours later I was done. That was one of the most intense 4,5 hours that I had not planned at all for the day ā€” but this only happened because I was walking outside (I forced myself to walk although I was tired) and let my thoughts flow. So, I invested 4,5 hours into what was not planned and but it felt to be the right things. Todayā€™s ā€ž/doneā€œ tasks will reflect that. Also to be noted: When you have ideas you move/walk faster. Head needs body, body needs head. And one needs movement to stay mentally in flow #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 41,75 min - average speed: 7,19 km/h - remarks: sun is out, mild weather, feels like spring, greeted strangers (mostly elder people), only one older man I had seen before. Watched the Kidds run through the puddle, actually I saw quite a lot kids (ā€žmini humansā€œ), reminded me of my childhood, made me also think that I should write more (in fact: if my experiment of launch twelve 28-day startup fails, I will concentrate on writing stories and selling them as books - so thereā€™s that. Also I defined my top 3 priorities: prio 1) the 5kchallenge, prio 2) building studiolist, prio 3) writing soycubano. Really wild thoughts but thatā€™s fine. That walk no only serves my body but also my mind (my physically active way to meditate) #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: wild thoughts again, processing the day kind of and thinking that the 5kchallenge (my African trip) is dependent not only on making those 5k revenue out of my vo business, but also dependent on whether I actually get soycubano written until end of August 2018 - because I donā€™ t want enter a wild journey when I havenā€™t fully reviewed and process (plus written) the story of my 2018 adventure in Cuba. So, thereā€™s that. Overall an interesting day with a strong focus on my stolenvoice business - no practicing commercial scripts though which I want to do tomorrow since business AND art is important to stay in shape. - oh and another fast walk today, Iā€™m surprised and like it! #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: wild thoughts that crossed my mind, from finding a partner or not, to the cuba experience (and the heavy rain Erick and I experience in ViƱales), I thought the freewritecamp lesson I sent out today (2 days late) and I thought about how to talk on social media so itā€™s meaningful on the one hand (me being the ā€žexpertā€œ) but on the other hand personal to bond with some of the people following meā€¦ lots of thoughts, AND: if I exclude yesterdayā€™s super-fast performance (with more than 5km of talking) tonight was the first time I walked less than 41 minutes for 5km - and it was extraordinarily cold but also beautiful with the moon and clear sky - a setting Stephen King would have liked as well (yesterday and today while taking the train I read on his ā€žOn Writingā€œ piece and I like many parts of it #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 42,75 min - average speed: 7,02 km/h - remarks: pretty slow compared to yesterday and the days before. Contemplated a lot about soccer, and missing to play soccer about missed chances in life - feeling a bit sentimental. Nothing to worry but important to acknowledge that todayā€™s meeting with one of my most important friends in my childhood and teenage yesterday got me thinking and encourages me go after what I wanna do with my life - now more than ever. That means to pursue what Iā€™m doing now and stick to my gut feeling, really listen to what Mr. Gut tells me. Life can be terrible if you never release your thoughts and transform them into action. You can feel like a prisoner caught in your self - horrible. Thatā€™s why taking action, getting things going, even only talking about them and taking those walks (that Iā€™ve been doing for some weeks now) helps to break free from this cage and farewell it with a mixture of middle finger and a hug. Contradiction? Totally, but thatā€™s life in general. As far as Iā€™m concerned. #health

Knee pain close to non-existent probably because of the cleaning job I had before. Had many thoughts crossing my mind - mind was uncalm ā€žAFā€œ (as the youngsters say). Thought a lot about my decision to go all-in on voice-over and I like the commitment. Apart from that many thoughts about the pursue of my path as an actor/voiceover and the feeling that this is something I want to spend more time on. Feels good doing it and makes me feel good. #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 42,25 min - average speed: 7,10 km/h - remarks: like yesterday a very necessary walk out since I felt the roof was falling onto my head. Realized once more that walking for 30-60 minutes doesnā€™t only help physical health but gives me time to arrange your thoughts (and let come up whatā€™s important right now). I could run instead of having a walk but then 5km would over sooner, and then I would have to run more than 5km to have enough time for thinking through and cleansing my head, but that would mean I would lose energy for the rest of my activities on the day. And the walking itself is not about performance (kilometers per minute/hour) but the consistency of doing it. So, all in all itā€™s good to stick to 5km every day consistently and if Iā€™m feeling I add some workout to it. #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 41 min - average speed: 7,32 km/h - remarks: bit slower than yesterday and also a bit colder than yesterday because I had walked at midnight. Was thinking whether Iā€™m happy with how the day went and Iā€™d say: kind of. I had planned to do 2 other things I didnā€™t do because I felt the moment for the other thing I had started spontaneously. Though in the long run and strategically harmful, I tend to get these things done that I havenā€™t planned the night before but that have been in the air. So, the lesson here is: Make a plan and be comfortable that it will totally change - as long as you do things that are aligned with where your focus is - and yes, sometimes derailing is fine, but make sure you get your skates on rail soon after the detracting enjoyment. #health

And I think I could even be faster because walking the stairs up and down takes at least 20 seconds. In terms of thoughts only a good feeling that I made more little progress in terms of voiceover, feels actually very good. Apart from that no big other thoughts. #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 39,75 min - average speed: 7,55 km/h - remarks: The 2nd time in 9 weeks that I was faster than 40 minutes. Really nice, and it didnā€™t feel that fast when walking. Sun was out, sky was blue, very nice day, cold still mainly because of the wind. Quite a lot of people - many of them old - outside. In terms of thoughts no real clarity but after I had arrived back to the house I wrote the draft for blog post 10 and 11 about revenue numbers of my business - itā€™s in my mind for a while to share them and today I wrote the article that reveals them. walked 1.8km šŸƒ - time: 16,5 min - average speed: 6,55 km/h - remarks: I was a minute faster (hmmā€¦ maybe I didnā€™t stop the time well yesterday, anyway). It was good to have gotten up today and do the walk directly followed by priming. Itā€™s right now the best to start the day because I feel in control of the day which always puts me in a better position. Also, I reconfirmed to myself that the point of me being in the voice/voiceover industry is reach a professional level that enables me to realize my own projects like the animation film Iā€™ve been having in mind since summer 2013 in Rome and the pop song that I want to do with an exotic and fresh, young voice. #health

walked 1.8km šŸƒ - time: 17 min - average speed: 635 km/h - remarks: Extraordinarily calm at night when I did my walk, after Bayern made into the semi finals and la notte magica of AS Roma defeating BarƧa yesterday. Also, lots of organization today (backup data, cleaning OmniFocus and writing down whatā€™s written on my physical whiteboard, an agreement in terms of my rent). All in all, not a productive day in classic sense but a day of clarity and peace of mine - that is the best prerequisite for future action and decisions. No barefoot walk though because it was late already. #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 40,5 min - average speed: 7,41 km/h - remarks: sunny day - noticed: walking first thing in the morning clearly affects my mood (or in other words: I let the lack and presence of the sun influence my mood because Iā€™m in control of it). However, having the sun outside while walking 5k clearly makes the the beginning of the day easier, especially because itā€™s an accomplishment in the morning after getting up felt more like a pain (ā€žgetting out of warm bed with cold air in the room due to window openā€œ pain); Had the thought: The challenge is to keep up with the routine while not making it a boring experience. Had another thought: My life in exaggerated notions: Teens (10s) = the weird years, Twenties (20s) = the ā€ždrunkā€œ years though I started drinking with something around 22 (late), Thirties (30s) = the serious years. Though exaggerated itā€™s accurate. Over and out. #health

walked 5km šŸƒ - time: 40,75 min - average speed: 7,36 km/h - remarks: Bombastically cold! I felt parts of my face actually freeze to numb. If I hadnā€™t moved my facial muscles it would have :P Knees both fine. Also, I realized that in the beginning of each fast walk Iā€™ve been pumping to get my body on temperature. When warm enough I continue / maintain that rhythm until in middle (sometimes more towards to the end of the walk) I start to freeze because I lose tension in my body and concentration. Towards the end, I gain concentration again by pumping more and arrive with a pretty warmed up body back at the house. Also, in this midnight walk I realized how energy-draining fighting or dealing with the cold is. Iā€™m feeling super hungry now. Also, during the walk I felt good and powerful, also because having walked though this 40 minutes of cold voluntarily is what I as a small and important win for the day :) #health

No clear thoughts only some fragments like how one of my best friends just (literally) mastered his studies with a 1,0 in his final colloquium. Awesome! And I went through some random scenes in my head where I would play a certain character. Character play and identity research gain more popularity in my world, itā€™s fun and fascinating to play with roles, stereotypes and character types. But the danger is to get lost in a character, if you donā€™t reset yourself regularly - Iā€™d assume. #health
